【OBS-compatible】Roulette Widget
Roulette Widget for OBS
The Roulette widget is an OBS widget that displays a spinning roulette and randomly selects one option from a list. Because the wheel spins before stopping, the selection itself becomes a visual moment viewers can follow.
Create the roulette in Jamluca, copy the published URL, and paste it into an OBS browser source to display it on stream. You can manage options and operate the draw from the controller, making it easy to use in step with the stream.
Build Excitement with a Spinning Draw
Roulette turns the process of choosing one option into part of the stream's presentation. Viewers can see the wheel slow down and share the anticipation before the result appears.
If you want the full candidate list to stay visible, use the Panel Roulette widget. If you want the reveal itself to feel more dramatic, the Roulette widget is the better fit.
Remove Selected Options
You can choose whether selected options stay in the list or are removed. Keep items when they can be selected repeatedly, or remove them when you want to avoid duplicates.
Removing selected items works well when you want to go through a list over time. For example, you can pick topics one by one, choose participants in order, or reduce the remaining options as the stream progresses.
Manage Options with Tables
Roulette can connect its option list with Jamluca tables. You can organize candidates in a table and select the table that matches the stream.
Supported widget editors can also edit options, so you can adjust candidates while checking how they appear on screen. This is useful when you want to reuse and update a table instead of rebuilding the option list every time.
Operate the Draw from the Controller
Open the controller URL on a phone or another PC to operate the draw even when you are away from the device running OBS. The streamer can start it from a phone, or a teammate can control it from another device as the stream progresses.
You can start, stop, and decide how to handle selected items in step with the stream, making it easier to run the effect without touching the OBS canvas.
Adjust the Design for Readability
You can adjust the font, text color, background color, and roulette appearance in the editor. Match it to your stream colors and place it while balancing it with gameplay, camera footage, and other on-screen elements.
Readable option names help viewers understand the result as soon as it appears. Adjust text size and contrast so the roulette stays clear on stream.
Use It in OBS with a Browser Source
Each roulette is published as a dedicated URL. Add an OBS browser source and set that URL to display it on your stream. You can adjust the size and position in OBS to fit your layout and balance it with other visual elements.
