Which plan features can I use during the free trial?
During the trial period, you can use the Starter plan features (2 widgets, 1 table). If you want to try more features, consider upgrading to a paid plan.
What's the difference between the Plus and Pro plans?
With the Plus plan, you can create unlimited widgets and tables, and use the premium widget (Comments). The Pro plan adds file uploads (1 GB), using uploaded images for widget backgrounds and items, collaboration with invited members, and AI keyword highlighting for telops with Cloud AI (works on phones).
What payment methods are available for plan fees?
We accept credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, etc.) for payment.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades are applied immediately, and the prorated difference for the remaining period is charged instantly. Downgrades take effect on the next renewal date, and you can continue using your current plan until then.
Is there a refund if I cancel my subscription midway?
There are no refunds for early cancellation. You can cancel at any time from the channel settings.
What is the user limit for collaboration?
On the Pro plan, you can add as many members as you need for $6.99/month per additional member.

No, with Jamluca, you can use one channel for multiple streaming platforms. You can use the same widgets across different streaming destinations.
