FAQ

How do I show a clock in OBS?
When you create a clock widget, a dedicated URL is issued for it. Just add that URL as a Browser source in OBS and the clock appears on your stream. The video on this page walks through the setup step by step.
How much can I customize the clock design?
You can customize fonts, colors, backgrounds, and display formats including day of the week and date. Preview your settings in real-time, making fine-tuning easy.
Does the clock update automatically during my stream?
Because the Jamluca widget runs as a browser source, the current time updates in real time during your stream. There's no need to restart OBS or manually reload—the time stays accurate at all times.
Can I use it with streaming software other than OBS?
Any streaming software that supports browser sources will work. Just paste the generated URL to display the clock widget.
Do I need a Google account to use the Jamluca clock widget?
You can sign up in seconds with your Google account and start creating clock widgets right away—no separate email/password setup needed. Give it a try for free.
Which time is displayed? Can it drift?
It shows the system time of the PC running OBS as-is. As long as your PC's clock is accurate, the clock on your stream will not drift.
Can I display only the date or only the time?
You can set the display to "Date", "Time", or "Both". You can also turn seconds, the year, and the day of the week on or off individually, and switch between 24-hour and AM/PM display.
Is an analog clock available?
An analog-style clock is available as a separate widget, the Streaming Analog Clock. Just like the digital clock, you can use it simply by adding its URL as a browser source.
